The Institute for Community College Development at Cornell provides leadership programming for CEOs, administrators, faculty and trustees in SUNY's 30 community colleges as well as those of surrounding states and often beyond. A SUNY institute affiliated with Cornell University, ICCD addresses the critical issue of leadership development by offering a comprehensive program assessing leadership ability at the personal and organizational level, and targeted educational opportunities that develop those skills.
