Consulting Services
Community colleges are united by a common mission of access, but differ by size, location and configuration. They respond to a variety of social and economic conditions. Board membership and presidencies change, bringing new leadership and vision to the organization. ICCD recognizes these differences in its commitment to customization. We will work with you, your leadership team and other constituents as needed to ensure that our programs and services are tailored to meet your needs.
ICCD provides programs and services for single and multi-campus colleges, state-wide college and university systems, regional collaborations, and state and national professional organizations. Program length is determined by the content covered and options included. A program can be implemented over several days, a week or a year, combining face-to-face workshops, videoconferencing and on-line learning. Half and full day workshops on specific topics can also be organized.
Our consultants and trainers bring real-world experience and a hands-on approach to every program they deliver. They include prominent community college leaders and Cornell faculty in leadership, human resources, labor relations, management and organizational development.
Listed on this site are some of ICCD’s specific consulting services. Others can be custom designed at your request.
